Welcome to Fluuido. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including the purchase of products, participation in classes, Open Studio memberships, and all related interactions. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Sales of Products

• Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure product descriptions are accurate; however, slight variations may occur as our items are handmade.
   

• Pricing: All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT.
   

• Payment: Payments must be completed at checkout. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other specified payment methods.
   

• Ownership: Ownership of purchased items transfers to the customer upon full payment.
   

2. Classes

• Booking: Class bookings are made online or in person. 100% of the payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
   

• Duration and Content: Each class lasts 2.5 hours and includes the creation of two pieces that participants may keep. Glazing and firing are included in the price. 
   

• Participant Responsibilities: Attendees should arrive on time and wear appropriate clothing. We are not liable for damage to personal items.
   

• Age Restrictions: Participants must be at least 12 years old unless specified for family or children’s workshops.
   

• Rescheduling/cancelations:
  - Classes can be rescheduled a maximum of two times. After the second change, the lesson will be considered forfeited.
  -Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson to avoid losing the booking.
  -For members of Fluuido Laboratory, cancellations are allowed up to 12 hours before the scheduled lesson.
  - No-shows or cancellations outside these timeframes will result in the loss of the booking.

3. Open Studio Memberships

• Eligibility: Open Studio services are available to members who demonstrate basic pottery skills and agree to abide by studio guidelines.
   

• Membership Fees: Memberships are billed monthly, with fees disclosed at the time of signup. Payment must be made in advance. Memberships are renewed automatically on the 1st of each month and are not prorated. If you join in the middle of a month, the full monthly fee applies.
   

• Access: Members are granted access during specified Open Studio hours.
   

• Conduct: Members must respect studio rules, equipment, and fellow users. Misconduct may result in membership termination without a refund.
   

• Usage Notes:
  - Some slots may be unavailable due to lessons held in the space during those hours. For special needs, contact hello@fluuido.art, and we will do our best to assist.
  - Members may only use the clay provided or approved by Fluuido Laboratory.
  - It is required that you clean all tools, equipment, and workspace areas you use before leaving the laboratory.
   

• Studio Rules:
  - Maintain a respectful and collaborative environment for all members.
  - Follow all safety guidelines provided by Fluuido Laboratory.
  - Use the studio only for ceramic-related activities.
  - Ensure all tools and equipment are used responsibly and returned to their designated places.
   

• Firings and Glazes:
  - Firings and glazes are not included in the Basic Package and require additional payment.
  - In the Full Package, firings and glazes are included. Detailed instructions and guidelines for glazing will be provided upon request.
  - Firings will always be managed by Fluuido Laboratory and are not available for personal management. 
   

• Cancellation Policy:
  - In need of canceling a slot? Write on the member's group and allow another person to take over your slot. 
  - Membership cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours before the end of the current month to avoid being charged for the next month.

4. Members Birthday Month Discount

• Eligibility: Members who notify us of their birthday during their birthday month are entitled to a special discount on services or products. Proof of date of birth may be required.
   

• Discount Application: Discounts apply only to eligible items or services and cannot be combined with other offers.
   

• Discount Details:
  - The discount offers 20% off the total price of eligible purchases.
  - The discount applies to: All pottery courses and the Open Studio Basic Package.
  - The discount is valid for one purchase only during the member’s birthday month.
   

• Redemption:
  - Members will receive a unique discount code for use during their birthday month.
  - The discount code must be entered at checkout when booking online or mentioned when booking in person.
  - The discount code cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions.
   

• Valid Period:
  -The discount code is valid only during the member’s birthday month.
  - Unused discount codes will expire at the end of the birthday month and cannot be carried over.
   

• Usage Restrictions
  - The discount applies to new bookings only and cannot be used for past purchases.
  - The discount code is personal and non-transferable.
  - Sharing or attempting to use another member’s discount code is prohibited.
   

• Cancellations and Refunds
  - If a booking made with the birthday discount is canceled, Fluuido Laboratory’s standard cancellation and refund policies will apply.
  - The discount cannot be reapplied to a new booking if the original booking is canceled.

5. Return Policy

• Products: Returns are accepted for non-customized items in unused, original condition within 14 days of receipt. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

• Customized Items: Customized or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless defective.

• Process: To initiate a return, contact us at [insert email/contact form] with proof of purchase and reason for return.

6. Shipping Policy​

• Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight. As ceramics are fragile and semi-heavy, the following approximate costs apply:
  - Italy: Starting at €18.00 for standard shipping.
  - Europe: Starting at €25.00 for most countries.
  - Worldwide: Starting at €45.00 for international shipping.
  - Fees may increase depending on the size and weight of your order.
  - Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at purchase. Delays caused by carriers are beyond our control.
  - International Shipping: We offer shipping worldwide. For specific international rates or custom requests, please contact us.
  - Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, follow the procedure outlined in the Return Policy.

7. Cancellations Policy

• Classes: Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund or class credit. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
   

• Memberships: Open Studio memberships can be canceled 48 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

8. General Terms

• Changes to Terms: Fluuido Laboratory reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website or email.
  
   

• Liability: We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during classes, Open Studio sessions, or while using our products.
